WE'RE NOW CONDUCTING ELECTRONIC PLAN SUBMITTAL AND PLAN REVIEW!
EFFECTIVE MARCH 1ST, 2018, THE AFPD NO LONGER ACCEPTS HARD COPY PLANS. ALL PLANS ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY.
All permit applications for review must be made through the Mobile Eyes software. This is a multi-step process through the Mobile Eyes Contractor Permit Portal. Complete your permit application request through your contractor portal. Once the application has been approved by staff, an email will be sent to the applicant, as well as a notice in your contractor portal under the specific job application. All subsequent approvals, denials, invoices, redlined drawings, plan review comments, and permits will be issued through the Mobile Eyes software and the contractor portal.
Electronic plans shall be prepared as outlined in the Electronic Plan Review Requirements document. Applications not following these requirements will not be accepted.
